Soup- buy canned soups and then heat them up on your stop. Snack- popcorn Baked Sweet potatoes are yummy :) Eggs - you can add salsa for some zip if I think of more I will post- feel free to add me!

Thank you everyone for your comments. I am currently eating 1000-1200 calories a day and I am doing Jillian Michaels videos 3-5 times a week, it varies as I go to the gym on my lunch break. Thank you for your suggestions, I drink green tea and crystal light and I have been avoiding processed foods. I struggle on the weekends when I am around my friends and family and I feel like all my hard work from the week is lost over the weekend.

Thank you everyone for your comments, let me add a few things. I DO on occasion treat myself but with a very limited amount, I did this in September and I was able to lose 15 pounds and then I introduced wheat and fruit (high sugar ones) back into my everyday life and started exercising and lost an additional 2 pounds. I am hoping after 30 days my brain will have a new healthy way of thinking and I will be able to make better choices. I went extreme to eliminate everything and then slowly introduce healthy options.
