This..... this is probably the best thing you can do..... Believe it or not weed is actually a 'downer' so while it feels good to be 'high' at the time coming down is when 'reality' kicks back in & the whole process starts all over again. My advice is if you feel down or lifes just getting to much to bare at the time go…

A member on my friends list went to her clinic nurse, she was told that when we plateau, it is the bodies way for repair & reshaping. Are you plateau'ing when you ovulate??? or having your period??? Why I ask is because I plateau when I ovulate, its very frustrating, especially when you've had a great week

Im am now currently 1.5kg off my target goal, & before the time I allowed myself, thinking I may try for 70kg now, althought the losses have slowed to about 400g-700g, there is still losses. Now to start toning the excess :)

Welcome, I watch all of them, calories, carbs, etc..... I also keep an eye on my fats..... I dont always worry about my sugar intake as I eat alot of fruit, drink plenty of water & eat cleanly, fresh fruit & vegetables, lean meat, fish etc.... feel free to add me if you like.. :wink:

My Kids.... I want to see them grow up & watch them succeed & have families of their own, & be proud to walk beside me down the street, not walk in front or behind me because they're ashamed of the way i look :wink:

Im going to try & log, but not going to be too strict with it, I was going to have the day off too, but It's become a habit now, lunch may be an estimation, but dinner should be exact........ but the alcohol consumption will more than likely be a little over the top ...lol...:drinker:

Well done, I would drop the Gatorade too & go with plain ol' H2O..... maybe a slice of lemon in it so its not too blah..... PLENTY of fresh fruits & Vegetables, try not to have too many processed foods, try to do at least 30 mins of exercise a day walking is a great start. I weigh measure & log EVERYTHING I eat or…

Conrats on making the change... Ive been doing this for nearly 100 days now & have lost 15kg (34lb), It does work, the 1st few weeks are tricky & a little difficult to get your head around, but like everyone has said, watch your macros too... GOOD LUCK :smile: :smile:

I sometimes eat them back, but other times I don't simply because I don't feel Hungry ... It depends on my mood & the weather, but YES I feel guilty afterwards

I've suffered from endometrious since I was 16,( settle down during my 20's & has now flared up in my mid 30's ) the cramps, clots, back pain, spasms down my legs & the flow is terrible, but I have found pounding the pavement to be both therapeutic & quite a relief to "some" of the symptoms. Ive always been told a minimum of 1200 per day, but if you've put all your info in MFP, use it as your guide. Mine is 16++ a day but I have between 1200 & 1300. Good luck :)

What about the sugar in milk??? I use skim milk only yet it has sugar in it also, my sugar is over everyday from fruit & the milk I use ?? :-/

Ive been doing this since the begging of Spring, so far I have lost 10.8kg, I just noticed on a reply that I need to eat 1200 net cals, is this correct????? I have been eating 1200cals a day, but not net.... will this help to lose more if I do eat the 1200 cals net???
