OMG that is amazing, a complete transformation, you are a wonder woman to have lost that much weight. I lost 90+lbs about 15 years ago so i understand the dedication it has taken you to loose so much more. I am a typical pear, can get away with size 14 uk in dresses and tops but 16 at moment in jeans or trousers, weight 173lbs and 5,7. Also really depends on where clothes are from, the cheaper the shop generally the bigger the size! :smile:

I am pretty much the same as i tend to take fruit to work as a snack rather than veggies, i think as long as you are not talking excessive amounts which i guess wouldnt be possible with your calorie goal, it should be fine, particularly if a lot of it is natural sugar

I guess if it was mostly veg/salad leaves and you reduced the dressing that could be about right? Sometimes the cals you think are there, arent, and vice versa!
