for those of you that have done the sods or are doing it, did you keep up with the exercises? I have trouble doing full jumping jacks and cant do push ups but I am pretty good with the rest. how badly will this effect my results?

It won't effect your results as long as you are giving it all you got. After a while the pushups and jumping jacks become easier and you will see your body changing from the inside out. Just give it all you got!0

Day 3 for me tomorrow as well. I just do bits of 'skipping' when jumping jacks are supposed to take place. Easier on my poorly knee,0

No I didn't during my first go around with it. By the time I was done the 2nd round yes.
Just keep at it and don't give up. Do the modified versions and if you can't do them do something close and as many as you can.0 -
On day #7 30 DS wk 2. Love it and it does get easier.0

Day 12 so level 2 for me tomorrow. I stopped doing it for a few days as I wanted to do other forms of exercises that burnt more cals but I will be back on it tomorrow. You find over time that you get used to all the moves and it gets a lot easier. KEEP AT IT!!0
