Hey everyone! I'm a 27 yr old female, starting weight was 155 (after holidays of course!) and my current weight is 149. I've been following he recommended macros from IIFYM with a 1715 cal per day regumine. I workout 6-7 days a week doing an insanity/p90x hybrid, and playing flag football on Saturdays.

So now that the intro is out of the way, here's my question: In the past couple weeks, I have seen absolutely no change in the scale (the first bout of weight that came off was water weight I believe, and it came off in the first couple of weeks). I know people say not to focus on the scale, etc but I find it hard to believe that I haven't lost anything. Anyways, I've attached some comparison shots. I guess I'm just looking for some encouragement/suggestions.

Thank you :-)

You are definitely smaller! Your whole waist/abs/love handles are all tighter in your "after" pictures. Good work!

Definitley, you look really good! It's very noticeable - your stomach has tightened up a lot

Thanks everyone. I was just getting frustrated myself since I used to be down at 140 a year ago and although I am looking fitter now, I don't understand when eating at a deficit and seeing a smaller waistline doesn't equate to lower weight at least at this moment. Oh well...I'll keep trudging on..
