I agree with everyone above ,more veggies,more water and more calories. you should not weigh yourself daily,one time per week is more than enough..I do once every two weeks and it helps me keeo way from frustations..trust me

couple hours after dinner? lol I have as soon I finish my dinner. I usually try to get sugar free jello with fat free wipped cream or sugar free chocolate syrup and fat free whipped cream

i'm super happy for you..thanks for your motivation. I will do my first race next weekend..I'm super nervous and I'm not a runner. I t will be 10 k and I'm not sure what should be my first goal since I'm not a runner.. my dream is run a full marathon before my 30's ( i don't have much time left :( ).oh well..wish me lucky…

I'm not a teacher but I'm big emotional eater myself...so that [part I understand you. I really want to say that I appreciate your job so very much...I can imagine how hard it is :( for me the only way I can be strong in all aspects of my life is by prayer and faith..sometimes there;s not much we can do but pray God .

1250 cal is super low for males...usually the average calories for male are 1500cal minimum!

I would go tuna mixed with veggies.. i usually cut and cook my cabbage as a sub for pasta and add spices,spinach,egg white , onions and tuna ... one cup of cabbage is only 21 calories, one tuna can is about 83 cal if you take all the water out, one cup of spinach is only 7 cal, one egg whiter is about 20's .. lol I do just like you...go lean kashi cereal and unsweeted almond milk..I love it...that sounds crazy but I add stevia sugar and kashi ceral over my cottage chesse for snack ( no milk) sounds nasty but I love it!! if you don't like cottage chesse tried it with greek yorgut instead! apple and peanut butter are good choices…
