I'm running my first charity 10K race this weekend. This is something of a milestone for me since I only started c25k in May this year. That plus this site has led to some awesome weight loss progress. Go on, have a stare:

    You look awesome! What a transformation! I'm on week 5 of C25K and it's getting tough...your success is definitely motivation to keep going!
