1) I prefer Barilla Plus. Plenty of fiber and protein, cost competitive with "plain" spaghetti, widely available, and already in the MFP database. 2) I make my own sauce, and I load it up with ground beef (>80% FF), ground turkey (~93% FF), and fresh veggies.

I work for a company with ~2,500 people that's part of a larger company with ~24,000 people. I'd say that's accurate, if not a slight underestimation.

Granted, but you didn't read the fine print in your employment contract. It not only stipulated that you'd receive NONE of the credit or profit from it, you can actually be sued for even telling anybody your role in its creation. I wish that I could change selected events of the past without bad consequences.

FACT: Reading all of this is starting to give me a headache.

I think I just found my new best friend! I watched the entirety both both series when they were first broadcast on TV. I binge-rewatched A:TLA this summer and will do the same with A:TLOK soon. I've also read most of the graphic novels.

...speaking of "nerd boner", I "exposed" the following on my wall yesterday... might as well "flash" you guys too. I read that "Glass" will be released in Jan 2019 and it continues the story of 2000's "Unbreakable". Samuel L. Jackson is returning as "Mr. Glass" *nerdgasm* and Bruce Willis is also back as "David Dunn".…

I readily admit that Iron Fist wasn't as bad as the reviews made it out to be, but it still wasn't good. The only reason I finished it was because I heard that "The Defenders" centered around him. As such, I binged it a couple weeks before the latter was released. My new problems is "The Inhumans". It's getting panned…

This is an actual decades-old saying of mine: "I do not watch too much TV. I just remember too much TV." ...usually said after I spout off some obscure TV trivia. Another one is: "The only constant is change and the only rule is exception." I usually save that one for being at work when either something isn't documented or…

Tangent - In "Malcolm In The Middle", the family's last name is never mentioned in the show. During the series finale, Malcolm's principal was announcing him as valedictorian and the microphone squelched right as he was saying his last name. The show's creator later admitted that he deliberately didn't create a last name.

Gilligan was his last name, first name was "Willie". Saw it in a documentary.

...especially after the letdown of "Iron Fist", but I had to watch that to prep for "The Defenders". "The Punisher" will hopefully bridge the gap until premier of "Daredevil" season 3.

Leaves are still called leaves, even when they just lay in my yard and won't "leave".

Tuna fish is unique in its naming. We don't say "chicken bird", "beef cow", "pork pig", or even "salmon fish".
