Official, I got the biggest loser ones I think at Target and Walmart DIRT cheap. $8 I think. I love Leslie's walk tapes she is chipper without being annoying :). I can't wait for you all to see me in that dress --need these next weeks though. Marla

I'm glad it's working for you Laura. I worked last night and got woken up with only an hour sleeps so I dragged most of the day. I painted another room, but that is it for exercise. I went over board on food tonight too darn it. Should just go to bed.

Your body will get used to the food, but to make the transition a little easier if you don't switch 100% at once it will be easier, or it sounds like you have...try taking Beano before meals...it helped me transition to become a vegetarian :) for the same reasons you are facing.

My goals are: Calorie limit 1200 daily of nutritional food :blushing 10,000 steps daily using my fitbit Workouts 5 days a week Run a 5k Lose 3-5 pounds Have definition in my abs again. A lot for two months, but this is what I want.
