I tried it and it was ok, but I started to get muscle cramps because I believe my body was not getting enough of what it needed. It was a lot of food to eat and I ate as much as I could. I tried it twice and had the same result. So I am not doing it anymore. I do try my best to get a lot of fruit and veggies in.

I also have one and I love it too. It keeps you moving to try and meet the goal I have set for myself. Even when I am tired, I push myself most day to meet or pass my goal. I feel great when I have met it !!!
