Ran my second 5k this morning and completed it in 43:55 which is more than 5 minutes faster than my first 5k a month ago. After a week off (3 days camping with my girl scout troop and 4 days not feeling well) I got back to it. W6D1 is complete. @JSC145 Woohoo! Great job!

Completed w5d1 this morning. Finished more than a mile away from my house and it was all downhill so decided to add one more 5 minute jog in that turned into 10. It felt good.

I am excited for a new month. I completed 28 miles last month so I am upping my goal to 35 miles.

Walking through Walmart and feeling winded. How did I let myself get so out of shape that shopping for groceries is my only workout? Sheesh!

Completed w4d2 today. I love how I feel when I complete the run. Averaged just under a 17 minute mile which I am happy about. When I started I was about 20.
