  • I personally do not feel like I have had a cardio work out unless I do at least 45 minutes on the Elliptical Trainer. A lot depends on how long you have been working out...I have been going to gyms most of my adult life on a regular basis.

  • Keeping sugar at or below the target goal is very hard, since most processed foods have sugar. What I try to do is control it as much as I can but if I have my overall net calories below my target I normally do not worry a lot about it.   • I always weigh in on Sunday morning at the gym, prior to working out. I find the scales are more accurate than most home scales and they have this nice digital one ;) The one thing I am anal about is I make sure I keep my same schedule right down to eating breakfast when I first get up.
