i started 6.5 months ago on 1360, I am now down to 1250 and have lost 55 lbs, very few days am I hungry, my body has adjusted and I feel so much better!

I sarted doing zumba at the first of feb, im hooked! love it, burns a lot of calories and I have lost an additional 14 lbs in 6 wks mainly cause of it!! yay ZUMBA!!!

I am 6 months in and I have lost 51 lbs, I am at 1250 calories per day and only go over maybe once a week, I do the elliptical maybe 2 hrs a week total and zumba twice a week! I feel fantastic, went from 224-173, I wanna get to 150!

I also will be praying for your mom, I know all too well, my mom had about a 4 yr battle with her diabetes and then her organs slowly shutting down, she was only 59! one of the main reasons I decided my health needed to be priority last year! My kids need me! so glad I chose to do this!

Zumba is my favorite exercise..i do it 2-3 times a week in a class... FUN!!!

i am 35..weigh 175 and am 5'7" i was in a size 18 weighing 224 and i am now in a 12...not sure of my measurements cause i have never checked that....hmmmm
