Exercise would really jump start things..... also I eat carrots and veggies like they are going out of style... Im sure you have met your veggie friends since you've started dieting... but my suggestion is reintroduce yourself... and stay away from munching! ps I need to take my own advice so thanks for making me think…

hmmm... I think your cheat day is a little much... I believe in a cheat meal for sure... but idk about that many calories... Your not off by much but how bout cutting out some potatoes? or a smaller ribeye? just a suggestion...

I agree! I think it is different for women... there is no way I would loose any weight if I ate back my exercise calories...

I tried and tried to eliminate munching and couldn't do it so now I just munch on healthy things like carrots or pickles that are low in cals.... pop corn green beans gum or a big ol diet pop...

I think that any form of working out is good... no matter what routine you hold... strength training makes me feel good but dont expect any weight loss from it... cardio and strict dieting will cover weight loss(I also am a firm believer of 20% working out 80% diet theory)... strength training will will cover feeling…

My doctor told me that there is nothing wrong with taking stool softeners on a regular basis. I also take stool softener with laxative in it some days too.

Think meet and veggies when going out to eat... not bread cheese and potatoes.... if you search long enough you'll find something healthy and satisfying at every restaurant... A lot of them are offering healthier options now... utilize mpf and check calories before you go out.

I have a similar story and are weights and goals are the same... My recommendation would be find motivation in ANYTHING! A swim suit, having your old clothes big on you, the scale, your child, the fat chick at the mall... ANYTHING! :)
