Hi. I just got the book Full-Filled, and I am interested in working through the exercises in the book to work on my emotional eating issues. It is the book form of the Inside Out Weight Loss Podcasts if anyone has listened to those. The book suggests working through the exercises in a group, whether that be online or in person. I have one other person on MFP so far who is interested in the book as well. We are starting a private group on here if anyone would like to join to work through the exercises. We plan to start June 1st. The book is a 6 week plan focusing on working on your core issues for emotional eating; however, we have decided to work in 12 weeks, since it could take longer to discuss or complete each section doing this online.
