I was that way until I put my self on a schedule, good diet and workout regimen. I make sure and workout at least 5 days a week and drink my Shakeology everyday. In the past 6 months to a year I have felt so much better. I also make sure I do a workout that kinda wears me out.

I am a coach as well. I think this is a great idea. One thing I love about Beachbody workouts is they can all be incorporated with each other. I hope this works out for you. Great thinking!

Height 5'1" HW-215 current-160 Goal for now-130 ugw-120 Age:36/Female I have lost 55 lbs in the past year and half. In the middle of my weight loss I had to get back surgery so that's why it's taking a little bit longer.

Shakeology for me! Or you can buy these things called Magic Pop. They are kind of like a rice cake but not really. They are low cal, low carb and low sugar. I put Peanut Butter and cinnamon on mine. You should google them.

When I do a cardio workout I do add more calories to my diet. He has been really hungry. He also eats most of his carbs before 1pm. Do you have a Beachbody Consultant helping you out?

I had a Lamenctomy on my L5. I couldn't imagine having the fusion. My recovery has been long enough. I personally thought HIp Hop Abs was little cheesy but to each his own. I started with Turbo Jam when I was almost 60 lbs heavier.

Lots of ladies love Turbo Fire. Chalean Johnson gives such great info on health and fitness. I hope you really enjoy it. Do you have someone coaching you from Beachbody? It always helps to have a support system.

In my experience of losing weight if you don't lose the 50 lbs in 8 months don't be too hard on yourself. Everyone is different in how they lose weight. It's taken my a year and half to lose 55 lbs and I've been working very hard it. The important thing is that you have fun while doing it.
