WOW you look amazing!!! We actually have very similar body types! Everyone asks me how I can be 160 when I fit into a size 8 comfortably and I was always perplexed by it but now I look at you and realize you're way heavier than you look too! Most people are eating less than their BMR I'm learning. Are you hungry? If not, I would stop eating for the day. In my experience and everyone else I have talked to on MFP, eating back all of your workout calories only makes me/us maintain weight. Keep in mind that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. good luck! :)

I agree with H Factor, 15 minutes would be too long for me too. I like home videos and you get a better workout than just getting on the treadmill or elliptical because you have a virtual trainer on your screen pushing you. good luck! MSG me if you need ideas on good home exercise videos. :)

Hi! I really wish MFP separated natural sugars fom added sugars. Personally, I don't count added sugars because it doesn't make sense to be penalized for having an apple or two, they have so much fiber, fill you up, and they're so good for you!
