Strength Training

Hi. I just started working out again, and I have been doing all cardio (mostly elliptical) for 30-45 minutes. I was just wondering what you thought I should add / change to ensure the best weight loss possible? Thanks!

    Definitely add resistance training! Everyone around me has been losing tons of weight from adding resistance training!
