Love it. The sore parts will not stay sore if you keep going. Its the best sweat. My favourite day to work out is spin class day. If you get a great instructor you will feel motivated and inspired at the end of the class. it can really show you how strong you are.

Sounds like a rough day. We all them where things seem impossible, where the stack of things going against us seems to high to climb. You need to remember you are strong you have made it through all of those challenges and can succeed despite those who said you could not or would not. Its okay to have a pity party once and…

I usually do them in the microwave. But I love them in the oven, takes a long time and sometimes I don't have the time.

You need to exercise when you can fit it into your day. A long time ago used to workout in the evening, now its a 530 in the morning before work. Its just what fits. Also two days a week I have a bootcamp training in the evening. Good luck to you.

If you can do classes they can help with the boredom. You can find all kinds from zumba to weights to yoga to spin. You can change it up from week to week or month to month. See which ones interest you and then challenge yourself. Good luck.
