I've been overweight my whole life. My biggest weight was 280. My smallest was 199. I'm currently at 218. Id like to be at 200 by the end of June. My goal weight is 160.

30DS isn't for weight loss its inch loss. Should take pics and measurements. Just because the scale isn't going down doesn't mean you're not losing. As far as being under 1200 cals, many will tell you its a bad thing. I don't personally believe in starvation mode. I've lost 50 lbs and several inches. Still going down.…

My starting weight was 275 in October 2013. I am currently at 239. My goal is to be at 199 then 160 to be my final goal.

Hey we have similar goals as well as start weight. I just got married. Today is my day 3. My sw was the same as yours Andy goal is 160. I am allowed 40 points as well. Though I'm trying to not go over 30.

WooHoo! Chick you're doing great! I'm going to weigh in tomorrow though my official day should be Tuesday. If you girls don't have the workbook you should definitely look into getting one! I got mine today and I like the wb better than the book.

Hey chick! I guess most of us are sick. Feel better! I started over and am on day 3. Lost 5 lbs so far. I believe my body is cleansing all the impunity out. Anyone else have a cleanse from the 17 DD? Might just be me bc I'm sick.

I've been eating right at 1200. I'm fine with that bc I rat tons of food. You can eat parmesan cheese, olive oil and little things to boost your Cal's. Did you see the link with the recipes I posted. It's on the stickied thread as well as other posts. Check that out. Maybe that will help you :)
