Here is an article to read for comparison:http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson71.htm0 -
Soy doesn't sit well with me. I tolerate one brand over a similar product. Try a few different ones to see what works best for you.0

A protein powder on it's own is not a suitable meal replacement. It can be a useful way to boost your protein macro at relatively low calories, but it's better to try to get your macros met with food. Protein powders do not generally provide enough satiation to hold you to the next meal. Whey is probably the best source for most people, but if you're allergic to milk products soy is an excellent alternative.
If you're bent on drinking a meal, there are meal replacement shakes that at least give you some micronutrients and enough calories and substance to satiate you as a "meal". They are more expensive, and the marketing around them often makes unrealistic claims.

I use a Whey powder in my morning smoothie in the summer.
Choice is personal tho.0 -
Try both OP and see which one you prefer. If you don't have any intolerance's then it will come down to taste/satiety/personal choice.

Actually I like Hempseed protein made by Warrior Force, it is the most 'pure' least processed, and the hempseed provides ideal complete protein with all essential amino acids and high in magnesium..price wise is similar to better brands.
Because of the bodybuilders there are a TON of whey proteins for sale, all over the board in price & quality.
The cheapest whey can have a ton of colors and additives, sugars, to make it like a McD's shake…too much soy consumed can mess up the hormones for men, and alter women's systems…just like drinking a qt of soy milk can do for bodybuilders..so that is the caution I see for soy. Almond milk does not have the same effect.0
