It sounds accurate. I've played that at a relatives house before and I want one sooo BAD! It is such a fun way to burn calories. I just wish the wii's weren't so expensive :(

If you want to do it the healthy way and keep it off I would say 2 monthes. I've lost 20 lbs before the unhealthy way in a month and gained it back in about 2 weeks so I don't suggest that.

Nooo not at all. Fruit sugar is all natural and way different than processed sugar.

Drink a ton of flavored water (crystal light, propel, whatever is less than 10 calories) and fill up on that until you feel full. I like those frozen mini pizzas from lean gourmet and lean cuizine. They're only about 300 calories, however the sodium levels are kind of high but they are sooo worth it!

Don't worry you probably had to much sodium I'm guessing. Sodium makes you mantain water and thats how a lot of people can't lose. I hate that MFP doesn't track sodium but if you make sure you stay uder about 2000 mg a day it should help a lot. Good luck!!

It sounds like you just have lack of motivation. What I would do is join weight watchers or some other weight loss group. It's veeerrry motivating and worth your time. Another thing is find a friend to diet with and constantly motivate you, you'll find how much easier it is to stay on track.

EXCERSIZE! You can burn up to 1000 calories in an hour if you workout hard enouph. Maybe Just powerwalk for an hour or so and that'll do it.

It will work for the first week or two, but you'll find that being active really helps you stay motivated. Plus I never heard of anyone with a signifigant weightloss that didn't get some form of workout during the process.

Your not getting enouph carbs is probably why you have no energy. If your eating a lot of fruits and vegtables your not getting a lot of carbs which is what gives you energy. I always weight myself twice just to make sure and it's pretty much always the same...maybe .1 lb. but mine has done that too. Just change the batteries, it always fixes mine.

I swear by drink packets! My favorites are raspberry lemonade propel and grape propel. It's only 20 calories and it's the reason I get 5 bottles of water a day.
