Do I have to use all my calories that I earn from exercise? I ate all my calories for the day and would like to workout before I go to bed, but does that mean I have to eat the calories that I earn?

Have to? You mean get to? haha jk. It would be a good idea to so you don't go into starvation mode but it's not a big deal if you're a little bit under.0

This thread has a lot of good info about it:

Long and short- if you're hungry, eat 'em, if you're not, don't.0 -

If you are trying to lose weight then no you do not eat the calories you burn there is where the weight loss comes from you only need to eat the 1200 to substain life. Any calories you burn you do not have to eat. God Bless, brenda0

I wouldnt eat them. But I wouldnt be eating them based on the principle of eating that late and going to bed. Most people say to shut the eating down a few hrs before bed not only to metabolize but also for health reasons like acid reflux.
I try not to eat all my workout calories. I leave a little buffer especially since you dont "really" know how much you burned.0
