No Energy...

Wow, I hit a wall today. I have been rocking it out on my exercising... jogging for 50 minutes, every night for the past 2 weeks and a half. But tonight, BOOM, at 30 minutes, I could go no more.

    I'm with you. I was totally dragging today. Sometimes I think my body just really needs an extra calorie boost. On the weekends, I've been trying to eat my exercise calories. I notice that by Friday, I'm all tapped out and need to re-fuel with some extra food.
  • Your not getting enouph carbs is probably why you have no energy. If your eating a lot of fruits and vegtables your not getting a lot of carbs which is what gives you energy. People often call low carb diets the "lazy diet" because there isn't any energy left to work out. But if you get to much carbs it can lead to weight gain, so make sure you get enouph without getting to much. Foods high in carbs are foods like pasta, oatmeal, whole grains, bananas, basically anything filling. Good luck!!

    thanks for the advice, i just ate a banana and im going to try to finish the 20mins left... wish me luck!
