Yup - Nicole Eggert...Charles in Charle & Baywatch....she's 5'2" and aiming to get down to 115. I love that show but think I'd be too scared to eat anything if Harvy was yelling at me!

Exercise is the one area I have down pat - I go to the gym 5-6 times a week: lift 3 times, spin 4 times and run 2 times. It's my eating that I need to reign back in and get under control.

Thanks! The food journal is great - I'm trying to figure out how the calories I burn exercising ties into everything still. You'd think after 8 years I'd be a pro at this! I feel good and am reminded by some old pictures that I have come a long way.
