Hi - I've been using the food journal part of this site for a couple of months now but need to find people/a group/a challenge to help keep myself accountable (way too easy for me to let myself slide). I'm a bit intimidated by the boards and am trying to just dive in.

I'm very consistent with exercise and am working to get my eating up to par.

    You will love this site. I have lost a total of 45 lbs and am working on looking another 15. I have loved seeing how many calories I have eaten with out having to add up the totals. It is great. Have fun and enjoy.

    It's good to see that other's have been using the site but haven't been to this portion where you can get lots of insightful help from others with the same goals. Congrats on what you've accomplished so far!

    Thanks! The food journal is great - I'm trying to figure out how the calories I burn exercising ties into everything still. You'd think after 8 years I'd be a pro at this!

    I feel good and am reminded by some old pictures that I have come a long way.
