I think you'd be able to do it just fine! Start with the Lean version and modify as much as you need to! I'm almost done with my first round and I love it! Just do your best and forget the rest as Tony says!

I love my VitaMix! I use it almost everyday, mostly for smoothies. I bought my online before the holidays for a resonable price...they are pricey but a worthy investment.

I've done all her videos and I just use what the site says using high intensity aerobic. Otherwise you'd have to get a Heart Rate Monitor to figure it out exactly.

That's a great goal! But I've learned from personal experience that just maintaining my current weight during the holidays is more doable. There are so many temptations during this time of year! I plan on hitting it hard after the holidays are over. Cheers!
