10 pounds by Jan 21st?

So I have a goal of 10 pounds by Jan 21st. Do you think this is do-able? If so any advice on how to stick with 1 pound a week loss? I only have 10 more pounds to go to get to my goal weight. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!

    i have lost 10 pounds in the past 6 days. i just watch my calories, drink alot of water, and excercise for at least 30 minutes. i also take the B12 pills (its to boost your metabolism) for more energy during the day.

    That's a great goal! But I've learned from personal experience that just maintaining my current weight during the holidays is more doable. There are so many temptations during this time of year! I plan on hitting it hard after the holidays are over.

    A realistic goal is a pound or two a week. Especially if you're so close to your goal weight. I'm sure you can do it. Good luck!!!
