  • I'm sure I'm getting a good workout with the DVD if I ignore the lack of soreness. I'm doing the DVD again today so hopefully I'm not too sore tomorrow, Lol. Thanks for the help!
  • You ladies look amazing! I haven't looked through all of the threads so I'm not sure if this has been asked/answered but I tend to gain muscle very easily, would I be more likely to actually bulk up or does the amount of weight used matter more than how easily you can build muscle? I don't want to get too bulky but I would…
  • I have never been able to workout on an empty stomach, it makes me sick. I have always ate a small snack, usually half of a banana, before my workout and ate an actual breakfast about an hour after my workout. I haven't had any problems losing weight this way. As for working out once or twice a day, pre-pregnancy I worked…
  • Love them! I have my grandpa's name, Sonny, on my inner ankle and the Ford Mustang emblem on my lower back. I'm revamping the Sonny tattoo very soon and my next tattoo is a rather long quote going somewhere either my back or possibly my thigh if I can figure out a way to make it look "right". At the time I didn't care…
  • I already have the loose skin that comes with weightloss thanks to 2 pregnancies. The only thing I can personally suggest is drinking lots of water. After my 1st pregnancy I didn't drink water hardly at all and my loose skin never really shrunk. With my most recent battle with loose skin I've been drinking more water and…
  • I still don't wear any makeup so that hasn't changed but I've noticed when I'm at a higher weight I stick with shorter hair and when I'm at lower weights I'm always "growing my hair out". I think this time I'll try a shorter hair along with a slimmer body.
  • I'm 5'2 and have always weighed between 110 and 115 pounds. Before my last pregnancy I started my fitness journey and got down to 106 pounds. At 110-115 I had curves, at 106, not so much. My jeans were no longer fitted and sloppy. Luckily, my shirts didn't fit too differently. My t-shirts swallowed me whole though, Lol. I…
  • America (Missouri) and shoes definitely off! I hate shoes so I'm always barefoot or wearing flipflops.
  • I've had Ripped in 30 for about a month now. Man, I wish I would've started it when I bought it! :ohwell: I've only done days 1 and 2 so far. I absolutely love it however day 2 I had no breath at the end! I'm far more out of shape then I thought! I love how fast paced it is and its a short workout with results.
  • He is. I wonder everyday how my husband and I created such a beautiful baby boy.
  • I have one, Wyatt Gage. He's 8 months old!
  • Oh my gosh, its a little over 400 calories burned. I calculated wrong. That seems more accurate. :blushing:
  • That's over 600 calories for an hour! I definitely don't work that hard.
  • I was just thinking about it one night. I mean if I walk around the mall for an hour I log it, so why not sex? Haha.
  • The past two days I haven't worked out at all. My reason for yesterday and this morning was soreness. Oh my, my back was killing me. It hurt to stand, sit, lay, everything. There was no way I could do my scheduled exercises. Tonight I didn't exercise because we have company over and Im a shy workout person. Back to work…
