I’m so relieved I’m not the only one who had problems with the new program. Here’s to a healthy lifestyle!

Hi everyone! I'm also looking for a group facing the same weight/health/age challenges. Please add me as a friend, and welcome me to the group? I've been on WW numerous times, last year I joined again online and lost 60 pounds, and then they changed the program, and I lost my motivation and started gaining weight back.…

Hi ladies, Such a strange set of circumstances have led me to your group. I've been in WW for years (thank you insurance co. for paying for it) and I've been here even longer. I really let myself go lately and need a group to help with motivation. I was going to come back to the WW boards for some new inspiration, but…

Hi! I'm a 52 yr old grandma who is always trying to find success in the health area. I've had a total knee replacement (car accident), fibromyalgia and am bi-polar. I've been off and on the diet game for too long. But now I've made a mental shift change; I'm not as worried about my weight but am working on changing my…

I've been on lamotrigine for 5 years and am happy with it, but the bi-polar depression has been getting worse and worse. tried Abilify, Seroquel and Geodon with really bad results. Hoping this time things can straighten around. Thanks for your input! I really appreciate it

I think with this weather, comfort food is calling our name! Also I know I don't have the energy I do when the weather is fair. I, too was glad to see the rain, and it's raining today also. This is some crazy summer, eh?

That's frightening, I'll be 50 in November and I have four!

The study is interesting, I'd like more information though. I know that whole foods are better, many processed foods contain ingredients which are unhealthy for those with food sensitivities. (for instance casein can be found in vegan cheese even though it is a milk derivative and there is a whole lot of gluten found in…

I've been here for a while, too, but really need some motivation right now! Feel free to add me....

So long as there are no artificial dyes in my grandson will be one happy camper. He can only eat gluten free which really limits his cereal options. (As a side note, regular rice krispies are not gluten-free, they have a separate box for that)

If your tastes run to light and funny, read Gini Koch's Alien series. Will definitely put a grin on your face. Other favorite authors: Ilona Andrews Patricia Briggs Faith Hunter Seanan McGuire Have a couple of Joyce Meyer's books, lots of English and French history and biographies. I also heart Anne McCaffrey, David…

Hi, my name is Sue. In 2007 I was diagnosed BiPolar II with lots of anxiety. I'm on Lamictal (mood stabilizer), Wellbutrin, Klonopin, Clonodine and Xanax. My job was extremely stressful (IT, server support, always on call) I started cutting just to stop the pain inside of me. After my 3rd leave of absence, I quit my job in…

You will lose weight if you are gluten sensitive or have Celiac's. My daughter has and she lost quite a bit of weight, while I don't have that problem and gained weight when I tried. Stupid potato chips and tortilla chips are gluten free  Be aware of what you will be giving up besides bread. Oatmeal, wheat, barley,…

I don't understand why anyone thinks they will lose the exact same amount of fat on the same day they gain the exact same amount of muscle. Your body is always adjusting, sometimes the fat just takes a while to wander away, while the muscle is gaining mass. Sometimes it's the other way around.

I love this, it's going on the fridge "I CHOOSE to quit wallowing in my sorrows, and actively do something to better my day, myself, and my life, before I eat something not good for me." Thank you!
