My food almost never touches, especially when I have something sweet and something salty on the plate- cannot touch!! My dad makes fun of me for it, my mom is the same way. I have to make many trips at buffets so that the different items don't cross paths lol

me too please!

At least the dad didn't buy his kid the doll that started the tantrum in the first place. THAT would be cajoling the kid to stop

I definitely found that getting my stuff ready the night before helps.....I've tried many times before to get up early to get to the gym, this last couple months has been the only time I've managed to stick to it. I barely even think about it anymore, and I never think about not going (unless I know for a fact that I can…

My Daughter is 4, she's 40 inches tall and almost 40 lbs.....I think that unless the child is VISIBLY overweight or it's clear there are health concerns- trouble catching breath, etc there is no need to be labelling little ones like this.

I lost a lb or two right away after having it taken out, my belly went down an inch, but the biggest thing I've found (tmi) is that I have a libido again! Small.....but it's there!

I am getting my mirena taken out tomorrow! I have to remember to take my belly measurements before I go so that I can compare and see if anything changes. If anything- I really hope it helps my face clear up. I've never ever had issues with my face before having it put in.

DITTO!!! I'd much rather go to 2 or 3 classes a day at the gym than eat veggies an count calories

I had mirena put in in May of this year. I didn't change how I ate, in fact I felt like I was being more conscious. I went from 233 up to 243, 244. Once I started MFP I lost 7 lbs easilly, but I've been stuck at 235 now for 3 weeks. I too have noticed horrendous (for me) breakouts on my face. Also very moody. Definitely…

What about doing something like "fruit nachos" Slice up apples, strawberries, grapes, etc and layer them on a platter and drizzle them with chocolate or some other sauce.

I highly suggest the Chariot too....I LOVE mine and depending on what your weather is like, they are a lifesave through the winter. Those things can handle pretty much and weather and the kids stay warm adn dry. I bought a double when my first was only 6 months old and I have never ever regretted it. You can run, walk,…

I used mine a LOT when we first bought it....as in every single day. Now we only use it once or twice a week. That being said, I bought it refurbished from the vitamix website for righ around $400. I live in northern Saskatchewan and it got here so fast! It does work very very well, and you can do all sorts of neat things…

I haven't had anything quite that extreme happen yet....but I made Kraft Dinner for lunch today and the last few times I've had it it has tasted like cardboard....yay

I'm 5'6 ish. I would love to be 155-160, but the ULTIMATE goal would be 145-149.....it's a recently discovered dream of mine to weigh less than my husband.
