I am 74, and lost 20 lbs in one year. You make up your mind, and then it is easy, and very rewarding when you get into a pair of size 6 slacks - something you never thought would happen.

Start eating real food. Eggs for breakfast, instead of the pop-tarts and protein powders would be a good start. Meat and vegetables and fruit will get you the results you are looking for.

You need protein and vitamins. You should eat a good breakfast at least. What you are doing it not healthy.

Pay close attention to your carbs. Keeping them to 50 grams per day is the way to go. You will lose weight immediately.

Start recording your water! Eat more protein. Keep an eye on the amount of carbohydrates, and reduce them. Over 200 per day is TOO MUCH. Reduce the salt. You do not really need the pickles, do you?

Yes, you might have lost 11 lbs after a month, but you might NOT. Weigh yourself at least once per week to be on the safe side.

The scale sends you little warning signals, so I think it would be very difficult to stop the daily weighing.

Mango peel is considered toxic. Check it on Google! Do not take chances.

"I eat tons of veggies, fruit, a balance of complex carbs, lots of good food source protein etc. I eat all free range or wild caught meats, organic fruits and veggies, etc" Cut back on all the vegetables and fruit and eat more protein. Try staying on 1200 calories, and you should see results.

I am 74 and have lost 5 lbs since I joined MFP 20 days ago. Since I am retired I have time to really pay attention to my food selections. I also take a brisk 30 minute walk (almost) every morning.
