What are you having for lunch? Burpees. You? Ok - 5 sets, 2 min each, 1 minute rest. First 3 sets were Burpees with push-ups. 1 - 30 2 - 20 3 - 20 And then I just couldn't keep up the push-ups and did the last two sets with planks only... 4 - 25 5 - 20 115 Burpees for lunch today. Burp.
