yeah i would eat half..and just think about it its not that youll instattly gain weight from giving in to it, its creating a habit that is unbreakable. you need to try and break the habit of wanting to staisfy cravings, otherwise, it will be neverending. remember: moderation is key!

No. Below 1200 is putting your body into starvation mode...so it will sart storing any fat you eat, and make you gain weight. eat 1200:) but jus excersize a lot!

There is a certain threshold u must pass in order to stay moyivated. the first week is the easiest part. The struggle is the time between after that and the point where u really find your motivation. I am 5'5, and in school full time. so it is super hard to find time during the week to excersize, but i do it. I am only taking in on average 1200 calories a day, and i burn about on average 400 calories.
