Ah! I am keeping my fingers crossed for weigh-in in the morning! I have been the same weight for a week and a half. So hoping to break into the 130's in the morning. 139 is my valetine's goal, but I would be ok with hitting it 4 weeks early!0

Well I would like to adjust my goal to 155 and I gained a pound so back to 163. Blah!!!0

Goodmorning sunshines!
It's been a really good week, I'm seeing great results with the carb cycling programme I am following despite not having been at the gym quite as much as usual. I weighed in at 78.8kg (173.7lbs) which means I've lost 1.2kg (2.6lbs) this week!! I'm still shooting for 75kg (165lbs) for Valentine's day.

Well, as I said last week I am finally in the 160s & have a healthy BMI:happy: So I am feeling quite proud of myself...not gonna lie!

Im at 137.0 gained a pound this week...its all good tho next week I will make it fall right back off!0

Im at 297.2 so not really happy but I am okay! I too need to adjust cause unless I lose 5lbs a week (unlikely) I will not meet the goal of 279 (or 275, I can't remember) so let's adjust it to 289! Also when it's over can we do an Easter Day Challenge??

I gained a bit, so I'm at 177.8lbs. I (hope) it is just water weight, as I haven't been drinking so much water this weekend. I also went a little overboard with calories yesterday (but not so much where i would actually gain a pound), so we'll see. hopefully it should balance out by the end of the week0

Got down to 177 this week then ate like crazy Sunday ( I do this every week sunday is usually my rest day and i seem to not be able to control myself on those days) but today woke up and

Keep the goal so you can see how great you did exceeding it!
I agree!!! If you keep the goal you have now, then you can see how far you surpass it, where on the other hand if you get over-eager and set your new goal too low, you might miss it & feel like you failed...which you haven't!!! You're doing so awesome, Kalee!0 -
