Oh my word. Valentines day is exactly 1 month away!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE POST YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT BY MONDAY AT MIDNIGHT :heart:

    Ah! I am keeping my fingers crossed for weigh-in in the morning! I have been the same weight for a week and a half. So hoping to break into the 130's in the morning. 139 is my valetine's goal, but I would be ok with hitting it 4 weeks early!

    Well I would like to adjust my goal to 155 and I gained a pound so back to 163. Blah!!!
  • I am currently going between 155 and 157, and idk what my goal weight should be by valentines day? is it healty to say 5 pounds? is it possible?

    Goodmorning sunshines!

    It's been a really good week, I'm seeing great results with the carb cycling programme I am following despite not having been at the gym quite as much as usual. I weighed in at 78.8kg (173.7lbs) which means I've lost 1.2kg (2.6lbs) this week!! I'm still shooting for 75kg (165lbs) for Valentine's day.

    I definately want to be part of this. I am weighing myself when I get home and this will now motivate me to go to the gym I really want to feel better with Valentines as its a year since my oh proposed - I can do this

    Well, as I said last week I am finally in the 160s & have a healthy BMI:happy: So I am feeling quite proud of myself...not gonna lie!

    Current weight: 168.6 :happy:

    Good Morning Ladies!! Today is a wonderful day, for me anyway! I finally broke into the 130's. My official weigh in for this week is 139. I am so excited, I honestly cannot tell you the last time I saw the 130's, it's been at least 8 years maybe more. WAHOO!!!

    Im at 137.0 gained a pound this week...its all good tho next week I will make it fall right back off!
  • Im at 297.2 so not really happy but I am okay! I too need to adjust cause unless I lose 5lbs a week (unlikely) I will not meet the goal of 279 (or 275, I can't remember) so let's adjust it to 289! Also when it's over can we do an Easter Day Challenge??

    I gained a bit, so I'm at 177.8lbs. I (hope) it is just water weight, as I haven't been drinking so much water this weekend. I also went a little overboard with calories yesterday (but not so much where i would actually gain a pound), so we'll see. hopefully it should balance out by the end of the week :D

    Got down to 177 this week then ate like crazy Sunday ( I do this every week sunday is usually my rest day and i seem to not be able to control myself on those days) but today woke up and

    178 flat with TOM

    I'm okay with that ;-)

    Oh my Goodness I think I fell off the face of the earth! I have not been posting my weigh-ins! I'm sorry to have missed so much!
    My starting weight was 188 and I weighed in this morning at 185! I have changed my Valentine's Goal to 175. I hope you will still count me in! :flowerforyou:

    Keep the goal so you can see how great you did exceeding it!

    I agree!!! If you keep the goal you have now, then you can see how far you surpass it, where on the other hand if you get over-eager and set your new goal too low, you might miss it & feel like you failed...which you haven't!!! You're doing so awesome, Kalee!

    Well actually, I WAS sweating. ALOT. Last night on the cross trainer at incline 9 & level 35. Wow. It was intense :laugh:
