I always run the Turkey Trot that morning. Then I am pretty moderate, but eat whatever I want! 6.5 miles is a great way to keep the lbs from packing on that day!

I always lose weight when I log consistently, reallllly watch portions(use a scale until you know what they are), limit alcohol, dairy and bread.

I have been working out at 5am for years. Too many excuses after work and Im usually beat!

Calories in, calories out. LOG LOG LOG so that you get to know what correct portion sizes are. FAR less that I ever thought!

Continue Intermittent Fasting(16:8) until I loose what I gained Thanksgiving week. 4 pounds

My mini goal is to lose the last two(or three) lbs before Thanksgiving. Then I wont care if I gain one or two lbs. over the holidays. So I have a little over two weeks to go!

I work out at 5am. I go to bed early. I don't eat before I work out. It is a lifestyle change,but I know I would not work out after work. I just don't have the energy. On days I don't work out in the morning I drag all day!!

Get up 4 days a week at 415 to make my 5am bootcamp class. I have been doing this for 6 years now and love it.

I love the Beyond Meat burgers, and the Lime flavored Beanios chips.(made out of beans) They are really good dipped in Greek ranch dip packet mixed with no fat greek yogurt.

I love the Beyond Burger. I am not vegetarian but wanted to try it to reduce red meat in my diet. I thought it was really very good, but must be cooked properly and exactly as stated on the package.

I feel like that too. I just make sure I have a lot of healthy foods in the fridge to snack on and I'll reach for those every time I get in there to snack! Celery and light cream cheese, snack sized cheddar, almonds, Halo ice cream, Beanito chips and hummus, fruit, soda with bitters...

I just tried Hidden Valley Ranch Dip in a package mixed with zero fat Greek yogurt. Dipped veggies in for a snack. Also Beanitoes. Chips made out of navy beans!

I used nonfat greek yogurt, salsa, onions, lemon juice and a teaspoon of mayo the other day. It was delicious on toast!

Ive been getting up at 415 am for the past three years Monday -Thursday for bootcamp. It has changed my life in many ways. One of which is that I have to go to bed really early every night in order to wake up that early! Your body gets used to it and on the days I dont work out I have a really hard time getting my day…
