To hit goal weight at Christmas! 7 weeks to go and 7kg to lose!7

10 more pounds and I'm at the top of the normal BMI range! I'm not sure I can get there by the end of the year/the holiday season but I'm sure going to try!7

Haha! well it didn't take me two weeks to lose those 5lbs - thank goodness for first week back giant losses! Today the 5th Im 199.4. Onwards! It would be nice to lose another 5lbs this week but I am not sure it will happen so the mini goal is 5lbs lost in two weeks which would be Sunday the 19thJessiBelleW wrote: »Right - well I'm back into it again with focus! Mini goal - wearing my new unstreched shoes that are the same size as my current (worn out) shoes, but dig into my feet near my ankle.3

Booked hair appointment for January - new short cut and purple/black/dark blue colour.
So that's a goal date.
Want to be at first MFP official goal of 12 stone! 13lbs to lose in 8 weeks!

.....actually that might be bit tight, especially over the holiday period! definitely won't beat myself up if I don't make it! thought there was more weeks.

Im back into logging. I just needed a break for a while. But my minigoal is trying to get my new white pants i have to wear for judging in a competition to fit perfectly! I bought them too small, well, very tight, because i won't be wearing them too much and i will definitely be a little smaller by the time I've passed the exam and have to wear them again!2

I am close to a total loss of 100, with more to go. 100 feels like a milestone. I would like to be there by Thanksgiving. I have signed up for my first 5K that day, a donation to charity in thanks for the love and support from my family on this journey. I may walk it, but I plan to finish! Thank you MFP peeps. I absorb every success story and cheer you on.13

220 by Thanksgiving. I've got four pounds left. That'll put me at 150lbs lost total.19

Another half pound will see me at 40lbs lost since February. Losing 2.6lbs will see the scales show 19 stone 13lbs (UK measures), or 279lbs, down from 23st or 322lbs in that time. I can do this! Not seen the "teens" on the scales since I don't know when, over 15years at least!
Keeping on keeping on, not being an angel, enjoying high days and holidays, but instead of giving up if I gain a bit as I used to do, I know I can get back to sensible eating, undo the damage, and more. Woo Hoo Wonder where I can get to by Christmas?12 -
I would like to be 150 by the middle of January ... 20 pounds to lose final goal would be to be 132 and maintain it! yes a random number but its what I feel best at.6

Lose 2 lbs this week that would put me over 30lbs lost which is halfway to my goal. Weigh 214lbs now and I’m chasing 212 this week . Lastly hoping to be under 200 by end of December:)7

Restart gym from this weekend and burn extra 500kcal there 5x/week to reach my goal weight faster.5

Yaaaay! Today I ran for 30 mins straight! I've been working up to it using walk/run intervals, and today I just went for it - at the slow pace of 5.2mph with one-minute intervals up to 6.0 - counted! I'm going to work on keeping this up weekly while I continue to work on goal 2a - only 6lbs away now!7 -

Apparently I am 6.2 lb from a healthy BMI. I'd like to be there by May at the latest.10

Overall I'm down 33 pounds. I did not set an end goal ,but I'd say 20 or 30 pounds more and I'll be pretty happy.
I set monthly goals for myself and this month it's to reach 180 (I'm 181 now, so I think I'll be on track.).
I also set a mini workout goal for myself every couple of weeks. For the next few weeks my goal is to hit the gym 6 days a week in preparation for the holidays.
And I set a holiday goal haha. Try not to eat all the food4 -
almost 6 months in and I have hit 35 lbs lost I am at 191 , next mini goal is any weight under 190 , I have not been under 190 for about 15 years . almost there and my goal after that is try to get to 185 by Christmas or new years , Baby steps I know the next 2 months will be a huge challenge with holiday foods around6

I'm 8 pounds from goal weight. Soooo close now! I'll probably keep the goal weight as the top of my maintenance range, but I'll know better once I get there.3

My mini goal is to lose the last two(or three) lbs before Thanksgiving. Then I wont care if I gain one or two lbs. over the holidays. So I have a little over two weeks to go!3

After having gained and lost the same 4 pounds since June...the scale is slowly moving again and I now have .2 pounds to lose to the next mile stone. I want it so bad I can taste it and it tastes better than any damn chips! LOL Good luck all!10

scale died and new one is ordered and will be delivered on Monday, so Tuesday a.m. reading. especially since i'm unsure of the accuracy of the scale before I died, I would like to be over a pound lighter than the "last reading". That would also push me under the 190 goal, likely before hubby gets to 200 (another mini goal). If I'm successful over the next few days, I could knock out like 3 mini goals and will have to set several more.2

Onederland by 2018!! I joined a diet bet for the four weeks after Thanksgiving to help me get there. Only 11.6 pounds to go. I have not been under 200 pounds since 8th grade. I even have the medical records to prove it!8

I am so close to Onederland! Weighed in at 200.4 this morning...I can almost taste it! Originally my minigoal was to be 199 by December 1st, I set that goal October 25th. Based on my significantly more rapid progress, I am hopeful that it will happen sooner! Maybe even down to 195 by December 1st if I really focus...5
