  • I find a splash of apple cider vinegar and and chopped onions, celery, hot peppers is great. Something about mixing a creamy sauce (mayo) and fish gives me the heeby-jeebies

    We like Trader Joe's no-salt albacore packed in water. Never fishy. I like to season it with garlic salt, black pepper and dill weed, a little mayo and loads of chopped veggies.
