Yes, Its for RNY, and I have seen the surgeon already, and I am losing the weight, I am already at the -2 pounds+ needed for my weigh in, I am on "faking the funk" It was just a 3 day liquid diet, alot of my RNY/Sleeve friends do it once in a awhile. So I'm not "faking anything" or "not following the plan" LOL

I'm still new with Liquid Dieting, but I just wanted to try it out, I need to do it for 2 weeks straight prior to surgery with a STRICT Liquid diet. @CindyMarcuz I think you will like it!! I like it because you can close the app, and it still runs in the background! :D So I can fiddle with my music, or Snapchat while I walk and it doesn't interrupt it! :D Very glad for that! and it has a pause and resume feature! :)

I havent weighed myself since May.. but today I did a quick weigh-in at the doctors office, and I am proud to say I only gained one pound back since my previous weigh-in.. I'm at 254.8 :) Starting weight: 281

My daily intake goal is 2060. I try to stay 500 below that. I lost 13lbs the previous week, and gain 1 lb of it back this week.. you can do it if you put your mind too it, but I don't think I could ever stay below 1200.. -.-
