Cold drinks I get a light caramel frappacino(tall) it's only 100 calories. For warm drinks I get a non fat caffe mocha but I tell them to hold the whip. (Tall) it's about 170 calories.

I actually have too. I started last march and I didn't get sick or feel bad at All during summer. I stopped dieting as much when I started college again and I gained a couple pounds back and got sick! Idk if it's a coincidence

I still eat bread! I've lost weight. Instead of going for thick sliced bread I swapped it out for 100 calorie thin sliced multigrain bread. It's great and you don't feel as guilty!

I love chocolate milk so I have dark chocolate soy milk. It's only 100 calories per 8oz glass and its packed with calcium.
