It was my bday week so I whooped it up and the scale reflected that. Restart 9/22!

Had a good weight loss this week, down 2.7lbs, a little leftover from the breakup diet. Next weeks loss should be more realistic.

Last night I stumbled but I didn't completely fall. I ate pizza and had some wine. NORMALLY I would have eaten the WHOLE pizza and drunk a whole bottle of wine plus some sort of dessert. I am in the same boat...can't seem to find/pick a plan that works for me. I know what I am "suppose" to do but just struggle. I am glad for this group. Let's keep each other accountable and on track and offering suggestions. This week WILL be better :):)

I'm sorry, I was out of town and forgot to log my weight on Friday Am before I left. I updated the sheet now. Gained 2.4lbs :frown: NOT too surprised. Last week was a real struggle for me. Back on it this week! :happy: Take care all!

Been a horrible week. I have not been able to exercise and my eating has been bad. I feel yucky. I will back in town Sunday so I will get back on the program. I am glad to have this challenge though...keeps me accountable.

I started off super strong and was happy with the results. The last week I really struggled (lots going on at home) and fell off the program. I plan to do another round but I need to get home stuff settled down first. Thank you for organizning this - it was fun!!:smile:

I am using the tally sheets to track my containers AND I am tracking my calories on MFP. I did that to make sure I was getting enough calories. The first 2 days I was under 1000 calories. By tracking on MFP I was able to figure out how to adjust what I ate to increase my calories to 1200. PLUS I am a micro manager of my…

I had to switch some of the workouts around to fit with my normal workout schedule so I did dirty 30 today and will do Pilates this afternoon and yoga tomorrow after bootcamp. I had a bad headache the first day. I added an additional green container and that seemed to help. I also make sure I get my teaspoons of fat in...it made for me. I was still tracking my food on MFP and found that the program was only giving me 900 calories. Once I added the fat and extra veggie container I was up to 1200…

First week was great. I am WAY behind in this weeks meal prep - was gone camping all weekend and then in jury duty today. Have it all planned just need to cook. Working on my breakfast muffins now and then chicken salad for lunches. TIME...it keeps slipping away.
