That's the beauty of the Internet, YOU choose what YOU share. My life is not an open book. Others are not entitled to see what I eat daily. If I were asking for help but a poster could not see my diary and could not offer that help, they can just say so and move on. I don't understand being overly invested in something…

It might be for people like me whose legs were aching after ten days lol. I did L2D1 today with a 20 minute powerwalk prior, finally some sweat!! I am not gonna worry so much about scheduling a break based on an elusive podcast from 3 years ago, but I am gonna take a break when I need to just by listening to my body. Plus…

That's what is confusing to me as well. I found references to it, but didn't actually listen to it. It was from 12/21/2008 and in the last five minutes - look for it on iTunes Anyway she says don't move up a level until you are comfortable with the current level. She recommends 4 times a week, maybe 5. Be sure to…

I completed D10L1, and after scouring the internet found where Jillian said the workout was only to be done 4 - 5 days a week. My legs were very sore, not muscle pain - just aching when I went to bed at night so I took a break yesterday and today I did power walking instead. I plan to start D1L2 tomorrow, in addition to…

Ha! Me too, I always count that 1/4!! I am 138 lbs of flab, GW 125. I have been down to 120 before but the consensus was I could stand to gain a few.... So gained I did lol. I just completed Day 6 of 30DS. I will revisit when I meet my goal.

Count me in I was thinking the same thing!

L1D4 complete. I think I need heavier weights, I am using 3's and they are a breeze. I am not sweating as much as I thought I would - time to move on to big girl pushups I 'spose. And no more pausing during buttkicks or jumping rope might help.
-
I'm on the same day/level as you. I was able to do a few buttkicks without looking like a deranged lunatic - so it is getting better and my endurance is building! I am also doing the modified pushups. I don't think I've done a real pushup in my life!

I just completed L1D2. Whew! I don't feel sick like I did yesterday, nor do my my legs feel like worn out rubber bands. I didn't realize I was so out of shape! I am looking forward to that endurance and strength so I can push through with no breaks!
