I'm 5'1" with 1600 calories per day intake minimum and currently weigh 214lbs. I workout 7 days a week w: 3 days as strength training. I eat back most of my workout calories and enjoy them lol I lose about 1 lb a week!0

Hey! I just started here
I'm 5'2" and weight 189. I have been under 200 for over 2 years and I am bound and determined to stay under. I was at my heaviest at 220 lbs. about 2 1/2 years ago. I got with my hubby and got down to 185. A few weeks after I get to this point I find out im prego...with twins! Suprisingly I only gained 14 lbs (put me at 199...still under 200!!) and about a month after I had them I was down to 160. Now I am slowly working my way back up. At this point I my goal is 160. After I reach that goal I will revaluate my goals.0 -

120 sounds about right but once I get there I may re-evaluate. I am doing circuit training with a trainer and eating around 1400 calories on a high protein diet (due to hypoglycemia- helps me keep my sugar levels even)

I'm 5'1 1/4 (that quarter counts when you are this small!) and right now i'm 153, and shooting for anywhere between 100-120.
Ha! Me too, I always count that 1/4!! I am 138 lbs of flab, GW 125. I have been down to 120 before but the consensus was I could stand to gain a few.... So gained I did lol. I just completed Day 6 of 30DS. I will revisit when I meet my goal.0 -
Hello! Glad to see so many smaller stature ladies on here. Sometimes it's hard for me to see others losing 2+ lbs a week because that will never happen for me! I'll take .5 any week.
I'm 5'0 and feel that I won't know my goal weight until I get there. I'm getting back into a workout routine and want to become strong and tone which I expect will equate to lbs on the scale...the good kind of lbs!

I'm stuck as well around the 190's can't seem to get the scale to move in the right direction. Clothes fit better though.
