I am also 5'1 and CW is 142.

I was wondering what you all do for your calorie intake. I am currently doing 1200 calories and eating back workout calories burned but my scale isnt budging. I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and I have only lost 1 lb. I work out at least 4 times a week, mostly by running/walking and I have started the 30 day shred but I am not seeing the results I was expecting.

Do you ladies do more calories and workouts than this? What am I doing wrong?

You're doing exactly what I do (1200 calories, running and 30DS). Give 30DS some time. I started it last year when I begun my journey and I use it as a go to quickie about twice a week lol You may just be in a plateau. They are no fun but all you can do is change up your workout a little and patiently (ha yeah right!) wait.

I'm looking for adds, motivation and pointers if anyone wants more friends!

    I'm 5'1", starting/heaviest weight 191lbs, current 180.

I'm aiming for 137 (top of my recommended weight) as I'm top heavy and also want to gain muscle along with the weightloss. I may reassess when I get there.

I'm doing a combination of eating much better and logging my calories, JM's 30 Day Shred, just started free weights at home (dumbells currently) and hopefully my first Zumba session tonight, as well as drinking a buttload more water and walking more/more briskly.

    Hello everyone,
    5'1
    sw 173
    cw 122

I would like to be a few pounds lighter but I've been here awhile and I so do like food. I eat all my exercise calories as per HRM. I love my cardio so it's apart of my everyday thing, running, cycling and on low days ellipitcal. Good luck and happy Wednesday.

I'm 5'1 and was 134 lbs with 25% body fat. I currently weigh 128. I was told to get down to 19% body fat I need to be between 122-125, depending on muscle gain. I'm trying to get down to under 123 so I can compete at that weight for my first powerlifting meet.

    5'1"

current body fat percentage: 22-23%, aiming for 20%

current lean body mass: 100-101lb, aiming at 105+lb

current weight is around 130 or so, and that's going to end up wherever it is when I acheive the above (i.e. probably not much different to what it is now)
