Im in for this! I'm going to start today! I did this a couple months ago, and got to about day 16 or something and then had a knee injury, and have been slacking ever since, time to get back on it! I LOVED the results I got from it last time, and only finished it half-way!

I'm 5'8 and currently weigh about 134 pounds, I'm aiming for 124, although for me it's just more about how I look and feel, then the actual number on the scale.

I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred along with a 300 AB routine I found online (because i wanted to really see results in my tummy area) and I'm seeing results pretty quickly. I've only been doing it for about a week now and already I can see myself toning up!

This is almost exactly what it is except for it occurs just after not during. I think I will try to really up my water intake and if that doesn't work in a couple days then maybe go see a doctor. Thank you all for your advice :)

I would try using protein powder.. i use proteins+, its a natural vanilla one and it has 25.0 g of protein with only 1.8g carbs and 0.2g fat!

It's not during my workout, it's normally after. I drink a fair amount of water, but maybe should start drinking more since I'm working out harder now, i'll give that a try and see if it helps

Might just not be logging the dinner. I personally try to eat a much smaller dinner than my other two meals, I find my weight loss is much more effective that way, but it's important for people to still be eating dinner!

I've done the 30 day shred many times! I find most times I gain a couple pounds in the first week or so, but then starting losing pounds. As well, you should be starting to notice your clothing fits a bit looser!!

I would eat.. as long as you choose something healthy.' You're probably going to be burning more calories working then you would if you were sleeping.

I think it depends on what kind of working out you're doing as well as your body type. From personal experience, since starting Jillian's 30 day shred I've actually gained a couple pounds but my clothing is way looser.
