I've noticed several of my compatriots skip dinner.... I'm not sure how people do this or why? Especially when they have calories to kill.... I'm just wondering not being hateful or anything.

I skip logging dinner when I get lazy.....0

Might just not be logging the dinner. I personally try to eat a much smaller dinner than my other two meals, I find my weight loss is much more effective that way, but it's important for people to still be eating dinner!0

I would wake in the night chewing the bedpost if I skipped dinner.
I think some people subscribe to the long-discredited notion that eating later than some arbitrary time in the evening will derail their weight loss plans. So if their arbitrary cutoff time is 7PM and they work late, arriving home at 8PM, they deny themselves dinner.0 -
I would be chewing the bed post too.... I also workout in the evening so about an hour after I'm like GET IN MY BELLY!0

I am a college student, and most of the time I'm on campus until after what would normally be dinnertime. I just back random stuff to eat during the day, like fruit and nuts, protein bar, ect. and snack throughout the day rather than having a meal.0

Sometimes on the weekends I skip dinner, but that's because I had breakfast at like 11 or noon and a big lunch around 3 or 4.... then I leave dinner blank in case I do eat later, but depending on how much I ate during the late "lunch" that doesn't always happen.0

I can be relied on to log most meals, but by dinner time I'm burned out with it. I work on the computer, and when my work day is over, I don't want to go near it!0
