thanks for these tips. when I go swimming it really shows on the scale. there are but's though cause it's expensive and no places seems to be near enough.. my fitness has improved from walking all summer so that will help with other exercising. I will get off my computer asap from sitting down and try some swings ;)

And that is how people gain weight :D It is all the few hundred extra that pile up and suddenly... oops, you eat more and more to keep it up

an apple is just 80 calories.. I don't think a bag of popcorn can have as less as 100 cals.. some protein would fill you up.. tuna?

I did a million steps in 10 months though I didn't use that pedometer in months ^.^

I don't believe a word of it. I should have lost a kilo per week on the last information I got, but instead gained half a kilo that day. My body is a mystery

Food is a comfort and habit I guess. Too much to be had. I am having a gin long drink as I write and oh, spreads - because of spreads and bread. That is a big factor. Just eating too much... too fast, and not enjoying it :( mum never fed me anything that I liked so I could have whatever I want.

I was a size 38/40 at my smallest just right above normal weights limit. I don't recommend going lower than that. The next phase is size large. (I was at medium/small/large but never higher) I have a small bust though.

Oh, really so they will be substituting soda with something more unhealthy and fattening.. i suppose that is their strategy

i spend over 2500 calories to maintain my weight every day and with a 1385 calorie diet every day that myfitnesspal suggests me, i sometimes do go hungry to bed. but surely there is an upside to that.
