Have you considered the adding twist extensions (I like the Spring Twists) to your natural hair. It will allow your scalp to breath and you can wash your hair as often as you want without a lot of hassle.

Not sure what you mean by "Active." I usually work out 5-7 days per week on a recumbent bike and elliptical machine plus walk 2.50 miles roundtrip from the train station to my worksite. Recently, I have added strenth training. I don't have any "miracle" recipes or other techniques I can share.

I drink plain water and I love Sparking Ice in different flavors (no calories, carbonated and my favorite flavor is pomegrante blueberry).

1. I already have trouble sleeping and can't exercise until 9PM so I'll have more difficulty sleeping. 2. My hair will get messed up.

I work out on the recumbent bike and elliptical 5-6 days a week for 35 minutes to an hour. Also, I walk roundtrip from train to work about 2.5 miles, two days a week.

Visiting a friend at the rehab center after her stroke. She is obese, has high blood pressure, smoked cigarettes and has diabetes. The only thing I have on the list is obesity so I decided to get some control over the situation.

Definitely out of town business trips. I have been doing okay in town--cooking and bringing my lunch, and exercising daily, but when I'm out of town on per diem, I fall off the wagon. Cocktails with dinner and social activities (like complimentary buffet breakfast) interfere with my routine. I'll just have to exercise more…

Congrats to you for your weight loss and motivation in regular gym attendance. I think our lack of gym attendance is "hair issues." You might want to consider making more soups since the weather is getting cooler. I am surprising how feeling they can be with a minimal amount of ingredients. Do an internet search for "low-calorie soups". One of my favorites is "Fat, Creamy Tomato Bisque.
