I do like it. I like fruit and it works for me to cut out wheat if I can have fruit, corn, and rice.

Also wanted to mention, when we check in on Tuesday in addition to weight lost post an achievement that you have had (i.e. stuck to diet, exercised for 5 days out of the week, etc). Sure I would like to join. I am working on getting back to pre-baby size. I refuse to get pregnant again until I am at a healthy weight. My son is 14 months old and it is time I got healthy. I know that the longer I am overweight the harder it will be to lose it.

You should eat the calories you are burning. If you eat too little your body will start to conserve energy and you will stop losing weight. Also I have found that focusing on the scale is not always the best measure of success. I try to look more at clothing sizes. Muscle weighs more than fat and sometimes you fluctuate…

Yoga or Pilates are great alternatives that you might really enjoy. I agree it would be good to find out when the neighbor is gone so you can do other exercises too. I agree it is a good idea to plan what you will eat before you get there. I think if you decide what to order before you get there you will order with your mind. If you order when you get there you may be ordering with your stomach. Good luck!
